San Japan wouldn’t be where it is without its volunteers and staff. We are growing leaps and bounds so we need as much help as possible.

We are looking for volunteers and staff to help fill in for multiple departments. We are also interviewing for staff department positions. If you want to help us make sure San Japan continues to be a great convention as we reward those who put in the time and effort.

The recruitment meeting will be taking place from 4PM to 6PM at the San Antonio Grand Hyatt located in downtown San Antonio, Texas which will be in the Travis CD room (3rd Floor). We will have staff on-hand to answer questions. While convention and/or customer service experience is helpful we are looking for determined people.

If you can make it out then click on the Facebook Event to let us know we can anticipate you. If you are not able to make it to the meeting you can inquire online. We have updated our Open Staff and Department Open Call page along with a form you can use to apply. If you’re unsure to apply for staff we do have our General Volunteer application too.
