San Japan 6 (2013): Panel & Event Submission Form

To answer a very frequent question received, approvals for all panelist/event submissions will be sent out 8-10 days AFTER June 15th (up to June 30th). PLEASE do not e-mail us prior to that on the status as we’ve received hundreds of submissions.

Note #1: This form is not for video game tournament submissions. If you wish to submit to run a video game tournament, send an e-mail to gaming(at)san-japan.org. There is no badge compensation to run a tournament.
Note #2: Only use this form if you, or the group you represent, are personally running the panel. This form is not intended as a suggestion form for our events staff. If you have an idea for a panel then please post them on our forums.
Note #3: If you are wanting to do a meetup or photoshoot then please use our Meetup form, not this form. Meetup Form LINK.

Panel submissions are now CLOSED for San Japan: Sinister 6 (2013). We will be e-mailing everyone at the end of month if they have been approved. Beta schedule will be out in July.
