To answer a very frequent question received, approvals for all panelist/event submissions will be sent out 8-10 days AFTER June 15th (up to June 30th). PLEASE do not e-mail us prior to that on the status as we’ve received hundreds of submissions.
Note #1: This form is not for video game tournament submissions. If you wish to submit to run a video game tournament, send an e-mail to gaming(at)san-japan.org. There is no badge compensation to run a tournament.
Note #2: Only use this form if you, or the group you represent, are personally running the panel. This form is not intended as a suggestion form for our events staff. If you have an idea for a panel then please post them on our forums.
