I'm aiming to build the Anastasia "Grand Duchess" gown for the Masquerade,http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_aBywERMx6Bk/S_VoaW_5-nI/AAAAAAAAAA0/SoBc2pHol7g/s1600/anastasia6+-+Copy.jpg but I'm trying to find an equivalent dress pattern to build from, but I know I'm over thinking it.

I'm down to these two, but I'm open to new suggestions..

Yeah, I'd go with the first one, you would just have to modify the top near the shoulders. Good luck! :)

I agree with the first one :) would require the least amount of alteration over the second pattern. Thats going to look amazing!! good luck
