I seriously want to make San Japan posters or t-shirts that have a bald silhouette with an epic flowing cape and say "My con chairman is a superhero, what about yours?"

Depends on what kind of shirt you order! It can be as low as $20 however.
Btw, not sure if that is the going to end up being the final design I settle on, I did that in about twenty minutes just now to see what it might look like. XD
