View Full Version : Online Signups are now CLOSED

Like the title says, it's midnight on August 3rd -- online signups for the Cosplay Contest are now officially CLOSED. Any entry in our inbox dated after this will not be guaranteed a place in the show.

We received about 60 entries total, walk ons and skits included. This is a huge number! If you are in that number, you will need to confirm your entry at the Cosplay Table. If you do not confirm it, there is a very strong possibility you will be cut entirely.

Because of the number of entries we received, we strongly encourage those of you signing up at the con to do it Friday. We can't guarantee there will be space available on Saturday. If you sign up at the con, please remember to thoroughly review the Cosplay Rules.

Thank you, as always, for your overwhelming support of new things! The online signups were obviously very popular. Remember that if you have any questions at all, no matter how stupid you may think they are (they aren't), do not hesitate to ask us either on the forums or through email (cosplay [at] san-japan [dot] org)!

For the record, about 50 minutes of the show have already been filled. Just to re-emphasize that "sign up early" thing we've been talking about. Consider that the entire show is only two hours long, that means we have roughly an hour and a half to actually use for entries, with the rest allotted to half-time, judging, and the award ceremony. Something to consider.
