Not sure, never played Persona, but my friend who loves Person really likes it. Plus its free to play, so if you don't like it you can just get rid of it.

It's a MMORPG based on the Megami Tensei series which has to do with a post-apocalyptic Tokyo overrun by various demons. It recently changed hands from Aeria games to Atlus Online.
