Seriously, i don't have that much trouble running. I smoke too, so that's kinda bad. I can run at least half a mile before I get tired.

I'm considering tying up a duffel bag filled with clothes to use as a punching bag.

that sounds pretty good also O: at our other house when we had our punching bag up it was a rough material type and my knuckles would hurt to punch it at first but i kept it up and after some cuts and scabbing they got all strong but yeah we moved and have no where to put it here T-T

Well, no offense, I don't know you personally, so I can't really say how you act outside of here. But, IMHO. If you're some 40-ish, slightly overweight mother of 3 kids working at a fast food joint. I think that's a sign to tone it down a notch.
