Seriously though, now that I have been to Ooples after it's move, it really is a cool place to hang out at.
Though a part of me still wants to go into the card playing room, occupy a table, and just start playing a regular card game like Poker or Blackjack or even like... Go Fish. Or you know something awesome like Munchkin.

It's this anime/manga/ccg store that's like a meeting place for fans of those things. They also have a propensity to host all kinds of events like viewings, dances, and stuff like that. It's over off of Callaghan and Wurzbach near a Japanese Grocery Store.

Right, so Munchkin is this card game where everyone plays as themselves, but then can play "race" cards and equip "item" cards on themselves to face enemies and raise their levels.
How ever the object of the game is to raise in level faster than anyone else. So people will do things to you to screw you over and make you drop in level or die while fighting enemies. It's hillarious. There's also several different "themes" of Munchkin from Sci-Fi to Kung-fu. And they all work together. XD
Also the cool part about Munchkin? It's not like a CCG, where everyone has to buy cards. A set is good for a whole group of players.
