Travis Willingham always bring a lot of fans to the conventions, and his panels are usually hilarious (and crowded). Getting him (if he's one of the people that can come), would be great!

My personal favorite male VA is Crispin Freeman. I would love to see him.
For female, my favorite is Cristina Vee/Valenzuela. She does some mainstream stuff, and some cult stuff. I have no idea how often she goes to conventions, but she's a younger, slightly newer talent.

Oh! Egoraptor coming again is a must. He was awesome last year, and he will probably be awesome this year, and he will always be awesome. I love him.

Umm, yeah, gonna have to agree with zuzumotai and say that she's new here, probably wasn't aware of the situation with Vic, and that that level of rudeness wasn't really necessary. Just keep in mind that there will probably always be people asking for him, and we really can't help that. All we can do is politely tell them why it isn't a possibility and move on.

Anyways for VAs I would like to see:

Liam O'Brien
I'm not sure how attainable these guys are though. I'd just love to see them at a con.

And could I list some guests that are mainly known in the gaming world/industry? I know some of them go to anime cons, but I don't know how much they charge...
