Nice big chunks of time for the Cel Showroom. We should be able to put together something really cool. This will be the biggest display of production anime art in any con in the USA, if I'm not mistaken.
Stupid question, but where is Opening Ceremonies? I assumed it would be in the ballroom, but the first block has a battle of the bands event.
Op. Ceremonies will be in Special Programming 3 at the Convention Center but it can only fit about 200 people. The reason is that the other large rooms are occupied and we didn't feel like putting it at 10am like some other big cons in the country do.Originally Posted by japester

Is it possible to change the time for the "name that character" panel even earlyer? At least an hour and a half before the masq ball? Its ok if not.

No, its your panel. You can do what you want. There is a separate video room where J-Pop/Rock is playing for about 6-8 hours a day.

Yes, Sleeping Samurai is coming. They will be in the Exhibit Hall. It is not known when they'll be setup as that is their call. The Exhibit Hall is open from 8am to 11:30pm. They usually try to stay open as late as possible.
