I'm uncertain how the hotel parking works at the con. Different hotels have different policies. Some make you pay $20 a day or comp you if you have a room at the hotel. I'm just trying to manage money right now since I don't want to end up paying $80-100 for parking at the hotel all weekend.
I've tried to contact the hotel, but haven't gotten a very concrete answer yet.

Are you staying at the hotel? If so, the negotiated rate for San Japan guests is $12/day (half the normal rate). But the room has to be in your name.
There is lots of inexpensive parking all around the convention center, though. The Hotel & Location Info link on the SJ home page banner should have all the info you need.

On the Grand Hyatt website, it says parking for 24 hours is $24. (overnight is $25, is that per day or stay?)
But on the parking pdf, the grand hyatt garage's flate rate is $9? for what? how many hours. I DON'T GET IT. @_@
NVM. I GOT IT.
the $25 overnight is self parking and includes in and out.
the $9 is only for 10 hrs, anything after that at the Grand Hyatt Parking Garage is going to charge you the $25.
