okay so we are a little late in buying tickets. bf didnt get the final approval for time off till yesterday, he paid for our 3 day passes online and paid with paypal...well he accidentally put his birthdate a month earlier (he put 10/25 instead of 11/25) how do we fix this? we are leaving for san antonio in 12 hrs.
please help.

You can try e-mailing registration@san-japan.org but by this point the entire staff is at the convention. You will need to show up at the convention and speak with Comter at Registration.
