Birthday Surprise to mein Vatti?

Well I saw this coming since the ending of San Japan :3 but I knew that there would be a bunch of my friends that rely on me to take them to SJ 4TW this year...that just so happened to fall on my dad's birthday that Saturday...I'm giving up being at home celebrating my dad's birthday to be at San Jap 4tw having fun for him....

So maybe if it's alright...

That Saturday the 6th of August...would it be too much of a commotion to stand at the very top of the three levels of the Hotel and ask the public to sing Happy Birthday to a camera up on the balcony

If anyone else is celebrating a birthday at that same time they could join me at the very top and they can sing to everyone with a birthday that just passed or is about to happen.

A couple friends and ask people sitting at the bottom if they can spare like 5 seconds of their time to sing for him so that when I get back home to Laredo I can show him the love c: <3
And let him know I didn't forget about him ^ ^

Kudos to anyone who will be glad to join! I've been dreaming about this months in advance and anyone who joins I'll greatly appreciate you!!

Due to my Durarara!! Fan Panel falling along the lines of the time I wanted to have this little gathering I've determined the time for the get together. Also I won't be able to be my England as I promised I should since I'm cosplaying another particular character for my Fan Panel. But the timing should be enough until I give the cue or something~ c:

Time: 11:30am
Where: 3rd Floor (or where all the con is at)

We might or might not have cards with us cause we aren't particularly aiming this at just my dad, but for any other person celebrating their birthdays that weekend. I'll prolly just be like

Early say 10am or 11am depends on what goes on around that time.
