This is the first time Im going to San Japan, but I have been hearing about Sleeping Samurai matches for a long time, and I had some questions?

Can anyone compete in these matches?
if so what are the rules?
and how can you determine a winner?
and when and where is it going to be held at San Japan, i dont see it on the schedule?

plz respond asap. I want to see if I can compete so I can figure out what I need to do
