Here's one of mine to start us off:
Impromtu:
"When and artist sits,
and ponders what to write,
many things come to mind.
The main thing:
What should it be about?
I don't believe poetry,
should be planned.
I don't believe poetry
should even have to rhym,
nor have a tune.
I believe poetry,
can be beautiful
in any shape or form.
What should it be about?
My answer's simple;
I don't know..
I just let it come to me.

That is beauty."

something i can never have

swirling in my mind is a confusion
that i hate and love at the same time.
daily,
it occurs to me i know
and will always know
the answer.
i do not like this answer
but accept it.
so many words i can not include
for it will trigger the truth.
escaping this world by grabbing another
hoping that it will satisfy my mind and heart.
creating expectations that will be met
not now nor the future.
creating a painting that is almost finished
i feel it is valuable
yet undesired.
all at the same time
colliding
and meshing,
a beginning that was so sweet
but could not blossom
into something sweeter.
cutting the tie
only makes me desperately dive
to catch it
again
and
again
and
again.
a cycle that has not ended.
reaching for something
i can
never
have.

The Speck

pretty little speck wandering in front of my eyes.
how you twist, turn, and fly soo high.
dancing before me
almost seeming to tell me a story with your swirls and twirls.
you float up higher fearing to touch the ground.
slowly..slowly
you descend upon the mortal ground.
i can almost hear your crying
i can almost sense your agony for not wanting to touch the ground
since i have grown fond of you
my little speck
i shall help you and blow you back into the air
so dance for me one more time.

To Lust for Life

i really dont know what to think...
i feel like im done but also feel incomplete..
i feel like grabbing a paint bucket and throw the paint on a wall
i want to turn my speakers to the point that they pop
i want to drive so fast that i feel scared from the speed
i want to wrap myself in the softest blankets ever and feel at home
i want to talk to some of my friends and actually care about them
i want to squeeze my close friends so tight that i can feel love pour out of them.
i want to yell so loud that i know those who can hear know how i feel
i want someone to call me in the middle of the night
because i am the only one they can talk to
i want to befriend someone who can solve the rubix cube without the algorythms
i want to know how to spell algorythms
i want to be excited about christmas
i wish i would miss those who think they will be missed
i want to fix my sleeping pattern
i have recently realized that i have a new fixation on Will & Grace
i want to fall asleep for five years but not miss a thing
i want to open my eyes in the morning and be able to see
i want to speak and understand spanish so my customers wont get frustrated
i wish i could believe in what everyone says
i want it to snow because it seems like the best thing ever
i wish i could draw superbly without trying
i want to feel loved when someone tells me they love me
i want to feel grateful for what i have...

My poetry sort of reads like Beck songs.


See you outside climbing neighbor's lattices,
I'm sure there'll be a witty confutation,
Squealing down the street like a tone deaf ambulance,
More predictable than a coefficient of correlation.

Making a mess like a blind calligraphist,
Some sad sightless attempt at selenograpy,
I'll make you my favorite antagonist,
Make you think harder than algebraic holography.

So sick and tired of all your pilferage,
Dirtier than a mildewed Drainboard,
I need none of your useless consulage,
I don't want you over me like some feudal lord.

You think I'm a malicious falsifier,
I'd pay to have you as my inductor,
Something's been crossed like a telegraph wire,
In dire need of a drill instructor.

"There are many things of this world,
the light has shown the darkness curled.
The normal and the abnormal,
all hidden behind the subliminal.

Humans, Robots, Innocent beasts.

The living; thoes burning away,
and the dying; thoes here to stay.
And the unsure, walking a path.
Across the desert- a large gap.

You Living, Dying, Take your seats.

Hell has met the body and mind,
whisp'ring "you are one of a kind".
Heaven keeps control of the soul,
we hold out through this bitter cold.

Yes, Here and now- it's time to meet.

Thoes who seek to control transform,
and thoes who seek to live conform.
In the end we are animals,
nothing better than cannibals.

I pray, you now, my soul to keep.

Humans, robots, innocent beasts
You living dying take your seats
Yes, here and now it's time to meet
No reason for my soul to keep.
And now it's time to lay to sleep.."

"Sometime I look for the light.
Sometimes the sun seems so close.
I always dream of flying...
flying away from it all.
Deemed worthy to soar abouve.

Wings
"I will always follow you
Always be by your side.
I will always be there to save you,
to catch you if you fall.
I will protect you no matter what.
I will be your wings."

When you never cared to help
"You tie me down, strip words from my mouth.
You tell me noone cares, and I am nothing.
And when I come back to ask for help, you turn me away.
How am I ever supposed to trust you when you throw chains at me?
When you attach a weight to the ends, and throw them down a deep hole?
When you never even tried, when you never even saw...

"A deserted wasteland where nothing lives,
yet pain seeps from the very ground.
noone there, yet everyone strives.
Everything there, yet not a sound.
A strange aura in a place
where people avoid, but want to go.
Quiet at once in an infiit space,
Tranquil on the surface, but peaceful? No.

Blood seeps from every crack and crevice.
Large bruises and slashes riddle the earth.
Demons cry and whoop, all giving service.
All abiding by the will at their birth.
Humans are scared by always want to return.
They try to cover up the pain,
and make the world into a place not to burn.
Zero perfection, and all are maimed.

Always desperate till death, are you?
Yes... in a world where none are sane."

This is a poem that came to my head after seeing something disturbing and what i wish i could do to make it right!

killing animal abusers without a care
anyone wanna help me Ill share
haha look at them all dying
i dnt care if theyre crying
they dnt like this f*cking hurt
there is blood on my shirt
watch it gush watch it squirt
i look at them in the eye
just before they die
i tell them with a happy look
i love to see you f*ckers cook
they try scream they try to cry
HAHAHA TIME TO DIE!!!
Watch them fry watch them Burn
and never once do i turn
Once i know theyre f*cking dead
I am no longer filled with dread
And then I say with a big smile
Lets go add this corpse to the pile ^__^
