Japanese Snacks?

I was just wondering where they are going to be selling all the japanese snacks this year, last time we had a hard time finding them. I think they were in the video game room? I dont really remember, but if anyone knows where the stand will be can you please post where. Please and thank you

Same guy who sold them last year is coming back to sell them. He will have baked goods, snacks & drinks. This time you will only be able to find him in the Dealer's Room and it'll only be available when the Dealer's Room is open. I can't specify what he's bringing as I usually don't know what he has until he shows up.
