Kingdom Hearts/Square Enix Cosplays?

I'm cosplaying as Isa and hopefully a Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles (1st game) Selkie OC for Mach.5 this year! I'm going to need a LOT of help with this cosplay... XD

Also, anyone have any ideas how to make a weapon like this?


Something cheap and totally easy to do, please. I'm SO not handy at these things ono

Your best bet would probably be heading over to cosplay . com and poking around in the props/weapons section. They have excellent tutorials and step by step construction and tips/hints dedicated to this kind of thing. I know they have a massive FF sub-forum there so who knows, maybe somebody has made this before and shared it?

Gamecube Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles Selkie! AH! That's amazing! It's truely a game that no one remembers and deserves more attention.

Well, I know my character I'm going to cosplay half counts as a Square Enix character. Kuja was in FFIX which I believe was still Square soft at the time, but he was in Dissidia which of course was Square Enix.

Oooh such a pretty character design ~ /I still haven't gotten around to playing the games. :c
I don't have much experience with making weapon props, but I did recently work with some paper mache to make some helmet-like masks and I think it'd work pretty well to make this. Some wood for the hilt-thingy should work out and things should stay on the light side with these materials.
Aha, again, I have such little experience though. Cosplay . com is definitely a great source for tutorials and advice.


Ohoh and I'll be going as Lightning from Final Fantasy XIII.
Might even attempt Reno from VII if I can get one of my friends to be Rufus.

I LOVE FF CRYSTAL CHRONICLES! She was always the character I played in that game. (My brothers always made me carry the little fountain-thing that protected you from the outside air... >_>) I'm going to be Zidane Tribal of Dissidia. FFIX was Square Soft in 2000, but by the time Dissidia came out it was Square Enix, so I guess I'm acceptable! Count me in!
