I believe all the panel rooms will be fitted with projects.
I was wondering if I could sit in on the panel, and just draw fan art during the panel that would be projected. If you aren't already going to use it for anything.Just to help add to the atmosphere. When/If you guys get approved.
I just got back from the pony panel at ikkicon and it was awesome.
They did this thing at the end where they brought out the toys then did a reenactment of the first episode. It was a lot of fun, maybe you guys can have something similar? A group activity of some sort.
@ChrHlm: I prefer to host non-AV events, having nothing more than a couple of microphones. This is so there are fewer things to breakdown at the last minute. I love the idea, but I doubt I'll ask for a projector.
As for events, maybe. Let's wait and see.

It would be funny to play the youtube poop variety of PMV (pony music videos) that use clips of lines and songs from the show... tis funny.
Hmm... events... that is something we should think about. And maybe some conversation topics. How long are we shooting for, Peachy?
