...j/k i'm not sure what eateries are around the Institute of Texan Cultures so i dont know what to suggest.
There's a Bill Miller's right across the street from the ITC, across 281. We could meet there for lunch then do a walkaround, or meet in the SJ room and eat on-site while doing a walkaround - there'll be plenty of food and beverage offered.

I usually bring about $40 to Asian Fest. So much yummy food to eat there. We'll be there from 8ish setting up till closing time. If you stop by, I will probably only be able to say hello. Expect it to be uber-busy for us the entire time.
