Not Receiving Hotel Reservation Confirmation

So, I reserved a hotel room through the passkey site, right?
Well, I never received my confirmation email.

I tried to have it send me another, but it failed to do that too.

Possibly an issue you need to bring up with the hotel.

Well. I finally retrieved my confirmation number, but it's unsettling that I never recieved the email in the first place.

Purity, how did you receive your confirmation? Did you e-mail the Hyatt directly?

No. ON the hotel reservation page (the san japan one) click the blue "Already Have a Reservation?" Button and then there should be a little blue link under it that says "Do not have acknowledgement?" click that, then enter your email and last name. Might have to do it once or twice before the system sends you your email. It took a couple tries for me.

Might want to have a talk with the Hyatt about that issue.

I did, then two days later i got an email thanking me for my recent experience with them( ive never been there before) and nothing about my room or anything I actually give a damn about. Do i Just have to go up there and hold them at gun point untill they send the damned email?
