Just got the e-mail confirming, we've been approved! Gotta wait and see how much time they give us before we make any solid plans, though. What I'd really like to do is screen one great episode from each season and play a real-life version of "Nutcracker", but I don't think that'll happen...

Okay, here are my thoughts so far on what we can do:

Q & A: We'll host the panel cosplaying as SPN characters and answer a few audience questions as our character or the actor who plays that character. So far we've got-

I'd like to have a group of 6 in case anyone has to cancel at the last minute. lattin & WolfBoy, let me know if you still want to help run the panel, and who you're gonna dress as.

Truth or Dare/Spin the Bottle: like SPN's great tradition of merging urban legends, we merge two popular slumber party games. We get in a circle and someone spins the bottle, but instead of kissing the person the bottle lands on, the spinner gets to truth or dare that person.

Sorry! with us as the game pieces, controlled by audience members. When one pawn "bumps" another, we do something different depending on who's bumping who (Cas smites anyone he bumps, Dean shoots with a shotgun, Sam does his demon-blood exorcism thingy). Each team is supposed to have four pawns (we could choose audience members to participate) but that might get to take too long. Winner gets a prize.

Screening episodes: each of us in the panel chooses our favorite episode to screen, and says a few short things to introduce it, like why we chose it, what's great about it, things to keep an eye out for.

That's all I've got so far and how much of it we'll be able to do depends largely on how many hours they give us. Also, I'd like us to meet irl in the weeks before the event, so we can go over things, get to know each other a little so we can be at ease with each other running the panel, and hopefully have ice cream. I vote for Marble Slab!

Sorry! unfortunately sounds a bit like a logistical nightmare, Truth or Dare, Q&A and episode screening all sound great to me. However, until the schedule is out and we know exactly how much time we are allotted, and how large our space is, it'll be harder to plan things.

My boyfriend and I have been re-watching the series, we were planning on finishing up season six this week.

I was trying to come up with other games we could play- how about a scary story contest? We hear like 3-5 scary stories, let the audience pick a winner, who gets a prize, like a CD or book.

According to Proz, beta schedule won't be out 'til mid-July, so this is all still in the air.

If we get a good chunk of time I'd like a game that has more audience participation, but can't come up with anything, at least not yet. My brain hurts.
