Dealer Room Information

Due to an overwhelming demand for booths, we are no longer taking any additional dealers until 2016 or beyond. We already have a waiting list of over 70 dealers for San Japan. Use the form below with your contact information if you would like to be on our waiting list. 10′ x 10′ dealer booths for all 3 days start at $400 & up.

Potential Food Vendors: In 2012 & beyond when we move to the HBG Convention Center, which will be our permanent location, we will not be allowed to have any outside food vendors due to our contract with the city of San Antonio. We can not make any exceptions.

2013 Dealer List:

If you’re inquiring on a dealer booth, please note that we will be completely sold out of dealer spaces for 2013 convention before making any booths public. Only use the form if you are interested in being on the waiting list for our 2016 convention and beyond. Be sure to include your Dealer name, website and a description of what you sell. This will greatly help in being contacted.
