Registration will be located at the HBG Convention Center.

Convention Times:

    • Thursday, August 9th, 2012 – 8PM to 11:55PM. Pre-Registration badge pickup at the HBG Convention Center.

You may pick up your pre-registration badge at anytime during the convention when Registration is open. It is not necessary to show up on Thursday.

  • Friday – August 10th, 2012 – Open to Public at 9AM
    • Registration – 9AM – 9PM
    • Dealer Room
      • [Gold Pass] 12:00PM Entrance
      • [General Attendee] 12:30PM Entrance
      • 7:30PM Closing Time
    • Hotel – Dance until 4AM. Video Rooms are 24 hours.
  • Saturday – August 11th, 2012 – Open to Public at 9AM
    • Registration – 8:30AM – 8:30PM
    • Dealer Room
      • [Gold Pass] 9:30AM Entrance
      • [General Attendee] 10:00AM Entrance
      • 7:30PM Closing Time
    • Hotel – Dance until 4AM. Video Rooms are 24 hours.
  • Sunday – August 12th, 2012 – Open to Public at 10AM
    • Registration – 10:00AM – 3PM
    • Dealer Room
      • [Gold Pass] 9:30AM Entrance
      • [General Attendee] 10:00AM Entrance
      • 4:00PM Closing Time
    • Video Gaming/Video Rooms – Closes at 5PM
    • Convention Shut Down At 6PM.
