Convention Times:
- Thursday - 9PM to 11:55PM. Pre-registration badge pickup at Hotel.
- Friday - July 9th, 2010 - Open to Public at 10AM
- Registration - 9AM - 8PM
- Dealer Room [Gold Pass] 12:00PM Entrance [General Attendee] - 12:30PM Entrance - 7:30PM Closing Time
- Hotel - Dance until 4AM. Gaming and video rooms are 24 hours.
You may pick up your pre-registration badge at anytime during the convention at when Registration is open, it is not necessary to show up on Thursday.
- Saturday - July 10th, 2010 - Open to Public at 9AM
- Registration - 8:30AM - 7:30PM
- Dealer Room [Gold Pass] - 9:30AM Entrance [General Attendee] - 10AM Entrance - 7:30PM Closing Time
- Hotel - Dance until 4AM. Gaming and video rooms are 24 hours.
- Sunday - July 11th, 2010 - Open to Public at 10AM
- Registration - 10:00AM - 1:30PM
- Dealer Room - [All Attendees] - 10AM - 4PM
- Video Gaming/Video Rooms - Closes at 5PM
- Convention Shut Down At 6PM.

Cosplay
The Gear Project will be putting together a Hall Cosplay and on Saturday evening will be the Masquerade Cosplay Show. Rules of the cosplay show have been posted on the website and if you have any questions, please post them in the discussion about the cosplay show.
Hetalia Olympics
Created for San Japan 1.5 as Otaku-lympics, this event was proven to be a huge success and has remained a San Japan Exclusive since. After SJ2.X Axis Powers Hetalia took major fame and the concept was put to stone to incorporate Hetalia to this panel. Since then, the panel is now focused mostly on Hetalia and still has slots for normal con goers to compete in. Panel events include: Pose Off Contest, Eating Contest, Iron Cosplay Contest, and returning to this panel is the Wii Sports. Click here to read up about it.
Ani-Idol & Karaoke
If you can belt those tunes from your favorite anime or video game, we want to hear you! Rules will be posted on the website. And if you don't feel like getting on stage but still want to sing, Karaoke will be setup during the convention. Click here for rules & information about Ani-Idol
Formal Dance Masquerade
By popular request, in cooperation with MEK, a Formal Dance Masquerade will be held this year at San Japan. Bring your best attire to dance into the moonlight. Rules/Discussion posted on-line on the San Japan Forums
Game Shows
For Randy Entertainment will be bringing popular and original game shows with an anime theme twist to them. You could be one of the contestants and walk away with lots of free prizes to be given away. All shows will be hosted by Greg "Greggo" Wicker.
Cosplay Chess
Reenact a large game of chess with your favorite characters. Maybe you'll finally see what a dual of Naruto vs Sakura would really look like in real life. The rules have been posted on the website. We are taking sign-ups right now, leave your name on the forums if you would like to participate in this event.
Concerts
We are bringing in multiple music guests to play throughout the weekend so you can rock out to some great music. Music guests will be announced in the late spring of 2010.
Charity Auction
With the cooperation of guests from Funimation, we will be putting on a charity auction on Sunday afternoon. All of the proceeds will be donated to Child's Play.

Ouran Host Club
A recreation of the Ouran Host Club anime, cosplayers will be dressed from the series to serve drinks and entertain all attendees who want to be a part of the Host Club.
Swap Meet
Have a shelf full of anime you'd like trade for something else? Meet other people who wants to swap & trade you anime and manga for something else. Maybe you'll get something unexpected. Discuss thread on the forum.
Panels & Workshops
We will be having panels & discussions going all through out the weekend. We will have interactive panels that you can talk with guests, interactive panels on cosplay and animation or just fun fan panels talking about their passion.
Dance
San Japan plans to have at least 2, possibly up to 3 DJs playing over the course of the convention on Friday & Saturday.
Art Show
Calling all artists, and those who think that they may be artists! Would you like to make some money selling a piece or two of your artwork? Please submit pieces of art for our Silent Art Auction. We will accept anything from drawings to paintings, to photographs, to any type of cosplay item or even those cute little dolls. 10% of all proceeds will go to charity, and the rest is all yours. Please contact Krystina Scott at artshow@san-japan.org for further details or if you would like to submit anything to the auction. We would like to get all of the artwork in by Friday evening at 10 pm, if possible. Rules about the Art Show have been posted on the website.
AMV Contest
AnimeFunTV will be putting on an AMV Contest at San Japan. You can view the rules and submit your work by going to the AMV Contest page.
Spike & Mike Animation Festival Screening
We will be doing a special screening of animation that only the ones who know what Spike & Mike can bring to the screen. Be prepared.

Autograph Sessions
You will get your chance to have your items personalized by all of the guests at San Japan. There will be multiple autograph sessions with all of the guests as we want everyone to get a chance to get their items signed.
Live Action Role Playing
Swing your sword around or have dueling combats. Sleeping Samurai travels across the land with its supply of weapons, seeking out brave souls to test themselves in battle. They offer instruction, history, and fight choreography in addition to the thrill of combat. Brought to you by The Sleeping Samurai.
Interactive Screenings
Voice Actors will be screening episodes of your favorite anime series with live commentary during the convention.
Anime Murder Mystery
Oh no! A crime has happened! Figure out the mystery on which anime character was slain. Be the dectective. Figure out the clues. Be part of this interactive mystery. Click here for more info.

We are not taking any panel or event requests for San Japan :3. We stopped taking requests on May 1st. We will be posting on our Website/Facebook/Twitter when we are taking panel requests for our next convention which should be in fall 2010.
