Mail-In Registration Tutorial
For San Japan :3 we have updated the registration system so you only have to fill out the forms online then print out. You no longer have to print out a form, fill it out by hand then mail it in. Just type it out, print and mail it in. You can also pay with any major credit card or debit card that uses Visa/Mastercard. Here is a step-by-step tutorial on what you need to do.

Step 1
Step 1: Go to http://sanjapan3.reg-it.org to start the registration process.

Step 2
Step 2: Click on Pre-Registration or Gold Pass depending on what you want to register. You can also purchase a shirt. Click EDIT to start filling out the information.

Step 3
Step 3: Once you have clicked on EDIT, fill out ALL information. Click SAVE when you've filled out all of the information. If you are purchasing multiple badges, fill out all of the information for each badge.

Step 4
Step 4: If you are paying by Credit or Debit Card, click on Paypal/Credit Card. If you paying by mail, click on Create Mail-In Pre-Registration. If you are paying by Paypal, ignore the next step. It will step you through the process to pay by credit card and you will receive a confirmation by e-mail.

Step 5
Step 5: In your web browser, click on FILE then click on PRINT. Print out the entire form then mail it in along with payment. The mailing address is:

Confirmation of payments by mail will take up to two weeks as the P.O. box checked several times a month. Checks & Money Orders are accepted. Cash is accepted but San Japan is not liable if payment is lost in the mail. Money Orders can be purchased from most grocery stores (at the service center), post offices or 7-11's for a nominal fee.
