I confess, that is a tragedy. Then again, I am from New Jersey, where they actually know what pizza is supposed to taste like.

I confess, when I was in New York we ate at a pizza place that apparently had hosted celebrities such as Jerry Seinfeld. I have never eaten pizza or calzones as good as that since.

I confess there is something about NY water that gives the dough a certain taste.

I confess, I enjoy Goomba's Pizza here in SA, and there is a couple places on 6th strret austin that rock too.

I confess, Yaghi's is the best I've found in Austin. And it is all in the water. I confess, I got spoiled being able to visit NYC so much growing up, where you could throw a stone and hit about ten great pizzerias.

You should try Little Italy on Afterglow St., I think they are really good and they claim to be "authentic NY style". Though I've never had real NY pizza so I have no idea if that's true or not XD
