SJ5 Panel/Event Submission Form now on-line

Finally got off my lazy butt to make it happen.

This form will be live up until the end of the day on June 15th.

The number of submissions we've gotten so far has been phenomenal. Just the game show / interactive event submissions alone, we might have to dedicate a room to those as we got easily a full days worth of submissions. Definitely going to be picking & choosing the best.

Also, we'll have 8 panel/events rooms this year, +1 from last year.
And a room dedicated to arts & crafts.

Advanced Art or Fabric Tutorials
Japanese Traditional Culture
Japanese Tutorials
And food demos but that's being discouraged due to not knowing how far we can go with the hotel. We'll allow in 2013 as we got those issued cleared up for SJ6.

Not that I know off the top of my head. DugFinn does do a basic fabrics panel every year so an advanced panel or advanced techniques would be welcomed.

The form answers that question:

We will be taking Event Submissions up until June 15th, 2012 @ 11:00pm. All event/panel confirmations will be sent 5-10 days after submissions have closed if it has been approved.
